This is the next step beyond standard recyclable packaging.
The FSC Recycled label denotes a product that can be traced to have come from a Recycled Source in compliance with FSC STD 40-007.
This is a strict standard mandating the levels of post-consumer versus recycled materials.

The FSC Recycled certification and logo means that the fibre used to make our boxes comes from predominantly post-consumer sources, such as curbside collections and commercial cardboard. Regular auditing has ensured our packaging remains consistent with this certification.
FSC Chain of Custody standards ensure the continuity of the link between the post-consumer and pre-consumer reclaimed fibre and the product into which it is manufactured, from the forest to the consumer.
This includes all successive stages of processing, transformation, manufacturing and distribution.

RE-USABLE GEL ICE PACKS
Our environmentally responsible gel ice packs inside the box are completely re-usable. They ensure maximum efficiency and minimal environmental impact.
Store the ice packs in your freezer for the next time you need one.
Each pack contains sodium polyacrylate, a super-absorbent salt known for its exceptional water retention and cooling capabilities. Encased in a robust LDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene) film, these Gel Ice packs are designed with a bubble wrap backing to not only to provide long-lasting chill but also to uphold the highest standards of environmental responsibility and food safety.
The outer layer of the ice packs is 100% recyclable and is made from low density polyethylene (LDPE4).
The substance inside the ice packs is a non-toxic gel that is eco-friendly and disposable.
It is made up of 99.5% water and 0.5% sodium polyacrylate.
Where should it go?
You can simply cut open the pack and pour the contents into your garden bed or potplants. Sodium polyacralate renowned for its water-absorbing properties, can benefit your plants by helping retain moisture in the soil, reducing the need for frequent watering.
Alternatively, the contents can be diluted and poured down the drain, where they will break down without harming the plumbing or the environment.
The outer shell is kerbside recyclable.
